The Television Streaming Thread: Now With Felonies

Schitt’s Creek is hilarious. Perfect remedy for these times.

Will go back and keep reading but you should be demodded, tarred, feathered and made to do Days of Our Lives watch parties in perpetuity for having You on this otherwise excellent list.

Excuse me?

To be fair, I’ve only seen season one.

I could be wrong, though. I will do a rewatch and comment on how awesome each episode is.

I watched the first 3 eps of Ozark, liked it fine, but just never followed through. Should I go back and continue to watch?

Same question, but for Community.

Im working my way through Community right now. Certainly some highs and lows but overall I really enjoy it.

One of my coworkers has a connection with the Inside Edition reporter turned producer. Evidently the guy used to rent an apartment from her brother back in the day. She said he was always late on rent and basically turned it into a crack house. Lol

I love how it’s a bit of a throwback to a different style of comedy. A lot of comedy now is so hateful. Its really refreshing to see things that are funny but also kind. Reminds me of the Andy Griffith show in a weird way

It was directed by Martin Scorsese and cost a shitton of course it was gonna be good.

Finished Escape at Dannemora thanks to the Showtime free preview thing or whatever that I have until April 17.

Thought it was really well done. I could be biased because I distinctly remember this event because it happened so close to me. It was cool (for me) seeing references to local media and points of interest.

S1 was good. S2 was absolute garbage. Do not proceed.

Community yes. But I’ve tried over and over to keep going with Ozark and I don’t enjoy it.

This meme is pretty good though.

Does Schitt’s Creek do they thing where it gets a lot better in season 2? Not feeling it through 6 eps of season 1.

I feel like it gets slightly better but it’s pretty consistent throughout. It might just be that I enjoyed the characters more as I got to know them better.

I like the parents. The kids just seem boring and unfunny. I’ll try a few more, thanks.

Hows the Al Pacino nazi show?

I couldn’t get into “Goliath.” Are subsequent seasons better?

If you don’t enjoy the s1 humor, you will not enjoy the rest of the show.

S1-S2 and GOAT. I’d say skip to S3 because it is so different and weird that it may as well be a different show, but it has so much history and context dependent on s1 and s2 that you might hate it anyway.

We’ve had two recorded attempts itt so far. I quit after one episode. SK only lasted 30 minutes.
