I’d say Leftovers at 7 is worse.
Good chunk of recency bias on that list, and British bias, although I don’t mind seeing more UK shows necessarily. Fleabag at 4 is the worst* combination of both.
(* - not worst show, worst example of recency bias and UK bias combining.)
The Shield at 55 would offend me, but I’m used to its lack of critical respect. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia at 90 is more damning for this list.

What we do in the shadows making fun of Bbt for half of a recent episode was so funny.
Black Mirror was so good and revolutionary when it came out, but even the best episodes have aged pretty terribly. It’d almost a credit to them, but almost everything that was dystopian a decade ago isn’t anymore.
I think stuff like BOB/Fleabag/chernobyl deserve to be super high. They have no bad episodes, their legacy won’t be ruined and they will still be great in 10 years. No one is going to give a shit about BBT in 10 years. Futurama/Simpsons (prime years) aged so, so well Idk if Rick and Morty will.
I will also say OJ seemed low. That was a fantastic miniseries

The only shows on that list I have watched are GoT and Lost.
Unless I missed it somewhere, The Sopranos is not on the list.
That is more invalidating than any other attribute AINEC.
Well, I suppose that is true, even though the majority of the series was released in the 2000s. No one actually thinks of it as a '90s show, do they?
But I guess that is technically correct. I will withdraw that objection. There is still plenty to criticize it for, but not that.

I know the series technically premiered in 1997, but if they can put Twin Peaks: The Return as its own series on here, they should do the same for Brass Eye: “Paedogeddon.”

Think it’s a great show, but will never agree with the Mt. Rushmore status Breaking Bad has. Better Call Saul is better by a wide margin ffs.
Girls on that list is an abomination and does invalidate the entire thing. As does leaving off The Expanse and Boardwalk Empire.

The last season (maybe 2 seasons) of Breaking Bad are close to perfect television. The first few seasons are borderline unwatchable.
