On the other hand you can you can reliably add 2 or 3 points to imdb ratings if the show features a gay protagonist or any other āSJWā content.

All my favourite media gets 5.5 on imdb. The trick is look for 5.5s that are either rated 10s or 1s with all the 1 reviews being this is stupid and boring with not enough action. Then youāve got a big potential for something great.

Brendan Schaubās stand up special was downvoted to hell by former fans of The Fighter and the Kid. Brendan responded by offering discounts on merchandise for anybody who voted his special a 10 on IMDB.
That said his special was pretty bad. Heās basically an uncreative, douchier, racist Dane Cook

Got accused by Louis CK of stealing jokes and fell off the face of the Earth shortly afterwards.

EDIT: He was on tour in 2019. His tour ended November 2019. Havenāt seen anything since.

As a person who watched the first three seasons of The Handmaidās Tale in about a week prior to the release of season four, here is my take on the first three episodes of the new season:
They should have had June die at the end of season three and stopped there. I understand that itās an extremely successful show and thereās no way they were going to do that, but it would have been perfect. The new trajectories arenāt very interesting and it really feels like theyāre struggling to find a new direction. The plot holes that I used to be able to ignore are now glaring. First among them, June would absolutely 100% be dead at this point, thereās no way theyād keep her around even in a ābreeding groundā scenario. June almost getting away, then either dramatically getting caught or dramatically deciding not to go all the way, has already been done so many times. Iāll watch to see where it goes, and itās totally possible theyāll strike oil again, but so far itās been a big letdown from where the show was previously.
