Love the reference to Andersā āted based sitcomsā which was my first thought when she showed up mid season. Like, is she into guys named Ted? Career wise, or other?

My daughter doesnāt have gymnastics practice tomorrow because Cobra Kai is taking over her gym. Of course, she got to drop the āOh yeah, I was in Cobra Kaiā casual bomb on her team. Made sure she had the screen cap to show off.

Big Bang theory hate is weird. It was exactly what it tried to be. A middle of the road, mainstream, comedy that was mildly entertaining and amusing from time to time. Critiquing it for not being some kind of edgy comedy genius is sort of missing the point.

Canāt you say the same thing about superhero movies?
Show me where people claim BBT is the greatest TV show ever, debating every tiny detail for years after release, lining up for days to be the first to see it, begging for the 100th derivative version to be released and attending conferences dedicated to its existence and your comparison will be apt.

I wanted to be outraged. I still am, but at least it was Peele and Kinbergās decision.
After 20 unique episodes, we have told the stories that we wanted to tell, and CBS All Access was gracious in their understanding of our decision. It was an honor and a privilege to bring audiences a modern reimagining of Rod Serlingās iconic creation.
Iām fine with that. I am more in love with the idea of more Twilight Zones than probably the reality.
I enjoyed the show but nothing created with that name has ever come close to the original for me. That was a GOAT level show and given how it was made amazing in so many ways.
I am sure those guys will make plenty of other things I will enjoy so I wonāt sweat it too much.
But if we could reincarnate Rod Serling I would be cool with that.
