I agree, I enjoyed it enough but its very superficial. Not to keen on what is essentially a sympathetic view of a serial killer.

Amazon probably has an exclusive on it and is intentionally limiting availability so people watch the new one instead. Complete UK S1 and S2 torrents are fairly well seeded right now, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Watched 1st three episodes of the Boys and didn’t much like it, too dark and violent with lame protagonists. Read a review/synopsis of the rest of the S1 episodes and they sounded better but not great. May give S2 a shot.

It did cause me to look at prime video again, which has very solid music content such as the Classic Albums documentaries.

I’m not even done with this movie and it’s bullshit. Super boring trying way too hard to be artsy fartsy.

Honesly? The Boys does kinda go overboard on the dark violent shit right from the get-go. It’s a bit much.

Finished the Boys. Its good but not that great that I couldnt wait for the next episode. I waited the last 2 weeks so that I could watch the 3-4 remaining episodes of S2 in one go.
Afterwards I watched the lastest David Attenborough documentary on Netflix and went straight into sad-mode.
