No, I think it won’t play exactly because of US copyright regulations. There isn’t a version with the original music released in the US region programmed for US machines because it isn’t legal to do so. Just like it can’t be streamed in the US.
Either Region 2 DVD or Region B Blu-Ray.
It’s the only copy that has the original music since all of the audio was integrated into one track. So they couldn’t get rid of it.
Anyway, if you had a region-free DVD or Blu-Ray player, you’d be able to order it.
Of course there are hacks to change the region or make it region free

I’m not sure… I didn’t read them. The books were not to my taste (neither was Harry Potter). But I have admired Eoin Colfer ever since he was picked to write the sixth Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy book years back.

It’s been a long time since I saw it. Aside from The Elephant Man, it’s maybe the only Lynch film I enjoy.

Lynch is one of my favourite directors and MD is one of my favourite all time films. His use of music is always so good.
To those keen on Daria, I found the Daria Restoration Project torrent. I assume I can’t post the link. Drop a PM if you want it. The video isn’t HD but having the original soundtrack synced more than makes up for it.
