Anyone else here watching Babylon Berlin on Netflix? I loved the first season.

Based on this I went to check it out. Saw Greg Daniels created it and I was in. Just finished binging the entire season today.

Really enjoyed it. It is an easy watch and enjoyable. I do wonder what kind of crazy talks Greg Daniels and Mike Schumer had about the afterlife when they were making The Office.

I rewatched Sopranos recently and I quit around season 2 or 3. The highlight for me was when the crew went to italy and Paulie sits down for an Italian dinner and is disgusted by the clams or whatever seafood and exclaims, ā€œwtf is this? where are the noodles with red sauce?!ā€

They spent lots and lots of money and everything looked absolutely fantastic.

Although I think my favorite part of the spare-no-expense production is that in the midst of all the super elaborate CGI compositions of fantastical future cities, when it came time to show Singapore it was just stock footage of the weird tulip museum and that goofy ship on buildings thing.
