I’m not able to follow the arguments well while I work, but just as a vibe, he does seem to be struggling a bit more than Trump’s attorney. But maybe I’m being prejudicial because he does sound a little annoying.
Considering the Rs unilaterally changed the size of the court to 8 in 2016 and the Ds did nothing in response when they had power I’m gonna say divine intervention.

Man I’m as cynical as they come and even I didn’t think they would come up with another delay tactic. I’m such a SSC. Oh well, I’m sure the usual suspects will be along after they remand it to the lower courts for more stalling about how “Ackchyually they’re going at WARP SPEED!”
The real villain here is of course Merrick Garland. This case should have been filed on Inauguration Day. Literally the worst attorney general in U.S. history, including Nixon’s who spent 19 months in jail.

Probably going to need a Dem majority of at least 55 in the Senate to overcome those squeamish about violating norms.
No need to expand the courts if Brandon can legally execute justices imo.

It’s hilarious to watch this stuff with people who still treat it like some sporting event with codified rules followed with austere steadfastness. It’s WWE, and the only thing that matters is what these 9 freaks and very weird dudes FEEL, the rest is just exercises in creative writing.

The US constitution has to be the nut low of any G7 nation.
