I couldnât remember who the old liberal was who got replaced before Souter (Stevens). I seem to remember him having a good opinion in Bush v. Gore and that he was a good justice. Couldnât remember the last liberal like that, thought it was Byron âWizzerâ White, but couldnât remember when he went so guessed wrong on him.

Seems like they plan to rule fuck yeah the president has blanket immunity, but wanna wait until after Biden is out office first
Theyâre gonna rule by the end of June/beginning of July so not quite. They just want to run as much clock as they possibly can before ruling either 7-2 or maybe 6-3 that ânah he doesnât have immunity but we just wanted to be really sure with a case of this magnitudeâ. And the press will lap that shit up and many articles will be written about how reasonable and thoughtful they are and the system is working great and blah blah blah.
