Talking with wifey and one of our good friends

As bad as today seems. In three years this is going to be a blip on the bad news train.

Yes. The states get to decide. Sex, conception, pregnancy and delivery are the purview of the state, not individual freedom

For that reason, in future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell.

I don’t remember if the state lets people out for Martin Luther King day.

3 cases just chosen at random, I’m sure

Until the Republicans ban abortion, contraception, and gay marriage at the federal level. Then it’s a federal issue, not one for the states.

There aren’t 50 votes for that.

I guess they could pass something, but then states outlaw it, and it goes back to the same 9 clowns.

It really is an indefensible mistake at this point trying to craft arguments so that they fit the conservative court’s logic and reasoning.

weed is still illegal federally and look how that’s going

Yeah at this point blue states just need to ignore the Supreme Court. It is not a legitimate institution. Trying to win their disingenuous logic game is not only doomed to fail it lends legitimacy to a farcical body.
