Those cases are specifically mentioned in the draft. On the one hand, Alito says Roe and Casey are different because they “destroy … ‘potential life’” and “none of the other decisions … involved the critical moral question posed by abortion.” On the other hand, he says “none of these rights has any claim to being deeply rooted in history” (page 31-32) so basically it’s an invite to also overturn those cases.
There is no “fight.” Stop giving your time and money to these stupid motherfuckers.

It appears that five justices would be voting to overturn Roe. Chief Justice John Roberts did not want to completely overturn Roe v. Wade, meaning he would have dissented from Alito’s draft opinion, sources tell CNN, likely with the court’s three liberals.
