My knowledge of SCOTUS cases stems nearly entirely from listening to 5-4, and even I knew that.
They wonât actually overturn, theyâre just going to gut it by ruling that it only applies before the 6th week of pregnancy or something similar that leaves Roe in place but makes it effectively unusable.
