Thank you, you big strong man you. I’ll go back to cowering like the weak sniveling nerd I am. All of us who are following social distancing guidelines are really doing so because for our whole lives we’ve been desperate for a reason to hide in our homes. Cowering. Terrified. Limp wristed. Waiting for the strong people to show us the bravery of only briefly exposing service employees to deadly illnesses.
Honestly this whole thing has been too much for my fragile constitution. Gotta go back and cower in the closet for a while longer with the rest of the pussies at home in lockdown. Thank you again for your service.

You win the right to chastise anyone else itt for unnecessarily putting people’s lives at risk.
However I’m going to need to know how you get stuff delivered. If you aren’t limiting that to the absolute bare essentials, in bulk, then you’re putting delivery drivers’ lives at risk unnecessarily. If you actually cared about other human beings, you’d be eating nothing but rice and beans you got in one delivery until this is over. Every delivery driver you send out for your fancy asparagus water is at risk.
And why are you conflating anyone thinking that THEY THEMSELVES are entitled to get a cup of coffee with thinking that frontline health care workers are entitled? It’s almost like your’e not being genuine…

Take what up w/ the global pandemic? My line is if I get a whiff that my local hospitals might run out of ventilators then I’ll do my part and sit at home in the corner.
Until then, yes I’ll feel free to talk a walk in the park and order takeout w/ no remorse. And if the virus gets me w/ that minimal activity and it’s my time to go then so be it.
(applies to me as well, my paper mill is “essensial” and been heroically going to work every day, shrug)

There’s just literally no leadership and we know that the executive is fucking with the people under him so we can’t trust anything they say. We’re being run by a bunch of failsons who couldn’t get into college on their own, and we’re all getting to watch it collapse in real time.

Imo the burden of proof should be on you and Johnny to show a 15 second transaction that involves handing over a cup of coffee where both parties are wearing masks, and Starbucks is taking all kinds of precautions - constant cleaning, etc - poses any risk whatsoever. I’m not convinced at all that it does.
And again if that poses risk - grocery stores should all be shut down immediately because there’s 1000x more interaction - with people actually in the store for long periods!
If any health official thought there was legit danger in takeout transactions it would have been shut down. And that’s including knowing there are infected people running around. But you’re going to slam people for not taking that at face value and answering some higher moral calling based on their own analysis of the situation?

Yeah I am not a big fan of a lot of the arguments being presented here. you can think that health care workers should stay away from starbucks without saying “fuck first responders” and you can think that they deserve to get themselves a cup of coffee without saying “f*** Starbucks workers.” Nobody is actually saying any of this stuff and you’re all being a bunch of disingenuous dinks
