I don’t know, an immediate 14 percent pay raise, an average of $11,000 in retro pay per employee, and the sick leave changes put together seem… Pretty pro-employee? I’ll wait to see what the actual employees have eto say publicly about the deal, but it sure doesn’t sound like they got hosed.
So that raise probably breaks about even against inflation. The retro pay is great. The sick leave improves the situation but is still pretty bad, relatively speaking.
