Hope you guys do realize that, in no other county that follows ārule of lawā does the supreme court (and itās precedents) have this much latitude in specifying what the law actually is.
TLDR the supreme court as exists is undemocratic, even if it somehow magically acquires a liberal majority tomorrow.
