Not specific to polulitical consultants, but most of the time, arrogance among professionals is justified. Most of you would be annoyed if forum posters told you youâre an idiot who doesnât know how to perform your full time job.
The results speak for themselves. If I performed as badly as them I would be open to constructive criticism instead of being arrogant barely edging out the worst political party of all time, losing seats etc.
Then again youâre arrogant about the threat to democracy despite every serious academic on the subject acknowledges were in a very dangerous spot

I just hate the idea that âwe wonâ is being used as some kind of proof that they had a great digital campaign when it was obvious they won in spite of their terrible digital outreach, not because of it.
Maybe they didnât need a huge digital presence like some of the lesser-known candidates, but for godâs sake, itâs ok to actually say that rather than double down on this âwe won so we were right and you were wrongâ thing.
If there was a way to track it, Iâd be willing to bet my life savings that Peteâs digital campaign gained more votes in the primary for Pete than Bidenâs did for Biden.

Who said the Rs were the WOAT at politics? AlI hear here is theyâre great at it. You canât go around saying there are tons of stupid and racist people around then be surprised a party that appeals to that wins elections. Itâs not like itâs possible to persuade them to not be stupid and racist, another thing I learned here.
Râs are basically the second WOAT. Their policies are massively unpopular, the MAGA dipsihts are a clear minority. OTOH, the Dems are monumentally incompetent to the point where they brag about beating a senile gameshow host. They basically got lucky that COVID stopped Trump from getting a second term and I donât think they have much of a chance against DeSantis.

Yes they got the racist assholes locked up but thatâs legit all they appeal too and I know tons of people who donât vote because the Dems are so bad they just think both sides are the same.
Republicans only exist as a party because of how awful Dems have been.

Go back to the failed attempt to elevate Abe Fortas to Chief Justice, followed by Nixonâs failed nominations of Haynsworth and Carswell.
The child tax credit advance payments are legit huge although thatâs not to excuse their inaction otherwise. If it werenât for the upcoming gerrymandering and vote suppression they could probably run on moneybagg Joe and healthcare and win.

The coup was poorly planned and Trump didnât give it his full endorsement and they got pretty close to murdering Congresspeople but Iâm sure theyâll never try anything like it again becauseâŚreasons.
