Dems should recruit Kasich to run as a Dem in 2022. Yeah, he would suck as a Senator, but better than wasting $100+ million on someone with no shot (and it’s likely it won’t even be a good lib candidate). Kasich is dead in the Republican party, so he might take it and think he’d had a shot in the general as a Dem.
