I can’t speak for Nihilisim of the Soul but The Wake of Time’s Cruel Slaughter is Neverfading is an imperial stout I would recommend. Actually remember drinking it and talking with my girlfriend about creating a random beer name generator and coming up with our own hilarious names.

Republican justices do it ALL the time.
That said, the theme of 5-4, or one of them, is that the liberals on the court are dumb as hell. They NEVER assume the GOP acts in bad faith and just think they have a different view of the law LOL So doesn’t surprise me if Breyer thinks this stuff isn’t political

On a left-right spectrum he is not on the right.
More of a centrist I guess but pro-choice, pro-environment, pro voting rights, and anti death penalty votes are all consistent liberal positions.
