Tortious interference was somehow related to the tobacco lawsuits if my memory of The Insider movie serves me. Other than that I never have heard it mentioned in any other context.
The CNN headline said that the “DOJ” is warning this person not to write the book, not Trump’s Saul Goodman attorneys. Seems significant and also fucked up
It is significantly fucked up, using the DOJ to intimidate and infringe on 1st amendment rights is not subtle.

It’s a grand jury subpoena in NY. That’s a secret proceeding. We won’t get to see them unless/until the subpoena’d material becomes part of some sort of public criminal trial. Odds of that happening before 2020 election are astronomically low. Mazars subpoena is good for rule of law, but isn’t going to help the public see the returns.

I know it’s LOL to anyone paying attention but Trump likes to give off this vibe that he’s an alpha male. So it’s not surprising athletes like Trump. Especially if they are as misinformed as they seem to be.
Time to bring in the big brains.
As far as Jordan’s admission to and performance at tHE OSU, it would be fair to say that he was a very good wrestler.
