The thing I don’t get, and I mean I seriously cannot fathom or wrap my head around it, is why all these Republican politicians would debase themselves and forfeit their last shred of dignity, integrity, and self honor over one fucking person, let alone some imbecilic TV reality star buffoon. I mean, in many cases I can’t even see how all of these sacrificed souls are in the interest of the Republican party. Trump’s not even a fucking Republican! They rightly hated him before the 2016 primaries and they should still be hating him now. Yet, they allow themselves to be cuckolded with smiles on their faces
I must be missing something because it seems to me that he’s bringing down the Republican party. That, or the Republican party has accepted the fact that they no longer care about Republican values, but only want to keep control. Yeah, I guess that makes more sense now that I type it out. It’s not about values anymore. It’s about retaining the ability to corrupt and control
