NY just passed the law that you can still be tried for state crimes even if pardoned. Reddish-Purple Florida will not pass such a law.

One of the things I’ve chuckled at through this process is the Republicans crying foul about “selective leaks” from the depositions rather than the release of the transcripts.
As if they wouldn’t be running out of that room to the media to leak certain things, if there was anything that was good for Trump. But there isn’t, apparently, so they just cry foul about leaks from the other side.
