DC Cir administrative stay is in place, but district judge says no stay. I think this means that if Circuit lifts stay, then DOJ has to immediately turn over materials. Like, it should have them ready during the appeal.

It was mentioned here and by many before, but Dems should’ve hammered home earlier that this was never a transcript. That if the “summary” was that bad, there just be more… I guess they can try and reframe that messaging, but “transcript” has been used so much already that it’s nearly impossible.
