K: And what did he or his agent communicate to you?
C: Unfortunately, this topic is actually something that’s being investigated right now by the SDNY, and I’ve been asked by them not to discuss it. Not to talk about these issues.

That’s the thing that went away with no further charges as far as I know (probably killed by Barr). Cohen was pretty pissed that he was the only one who got wrapped up in this.
