Dropped off my primary mail-in ballot at the election outlet today. A worker verified I had signed the envelope and then I dropped it in the slot. Easy peasy. There is something more satisfying though about voting on-site and actually seeing the ballot fed into the machine when you’re done. So it goes.

This stuff is ubiquitous. I don’t know his name, but the British announcer in the USA Algeria World Cup game was roasting the Algerians for being “dreadfully negative” which just wasn’t true at all. I mean, they were pushing so much that USA ran a counterattack that started with the keeper and found vast amounts of open space for Donovan to dribble half the pitch. It was patently false, almost a pre-written narrative.

There is no dollar amount on either of these. I’m risking my health and perhaps life to go vote in a pandemic, that’s worth more to me than money.

Since Trump’s team is already strategizing on invalidating votes without postage (obviously constitution requires stamps) I think leaving off stamps would be unwise.

Definitely. I emailed my county clerk about Trump’s attacks on USPS. She’s actually a Democrat who helped institute universal vote by mail. All registered voters in Utah receive a ballot in the mail (well, hopefully).
I plan to use a drop box. Utah sends out ballots in mid-October. I wish it was sooner.
