There never were. Its a well known psychological trick that scammers, cheaters, fraudsters, etc use. If you do bad things in the open then people instinctually think it canât be that bad, otherwise you would hide it. Conversely, if you do saintly things but go out of your way to hide it, people will instinctually start thinking that you must have an unethical intent, otherwise you wouldnât hide it. This is why blustery public fraud goes unpunished.

So 13 days is correct it looks like.
