86 was the PLU, or price lookup code, for “without” in restaurants when they used archaic machines that you had to enter everything by code before touch screens were a thing.
I suppose 86 most likely outdated those.

It is so frustrating to watch the Republican negotiate with themselves about what the next stimulus package will look like. Democrats aren’t even trying to leverage their immense power in this situation.
