I don’t know that he would. But he’d be a lock for Texas Senate. Not so much for presidency.
And while I get the anti-billionaire sentiment, he’d certainly be better than Cruz or Cornyn. And that’s who we’re looking at for the foreseeable future.

I have a feeling this kind of trash talk about Joe-mentia is going to backfire if there are televised debates. Usually Trump not embarrassing himself would countess a PR win, but Republicans repeatedly trying to lower expectations for Joe Biden seems like it would shift that.
