Apparently he thinks the DACA decision gave him more power somehow to create laws or something, he said similar things after the decision came down.

if obama could create a policy in absence of a law, trump could cancel obamacare and then sign a piece of paper that says preexisting conditions yes protected
and then some existing government agency will do the job of enforcing that on the insurance companies. like an office you can call if your claim gets denied where the phone just rings and rings and thereās no answering machine

It does state that people with less skill tend to overestimate their skill, but Dunning and Kruger also showed that people with high ability tend to underestimate their skill.

I experience dunning Kruger all the time. Any new field. I reach a point early on where I think Iām getting it. Then you turn a corner and are like āwhoah. Thereās this whole new set of stuff that I didnāt even really think about beforeā
