Like I’m a pretty staunch atheist but there is a point where I’d be wondering exactly what my odds of getting to paradise would be under ANY religion if I’m wrong.

He is telling the white trump supporters in surburbia he is aware of their plight where low income housing is distributed into higher income neighborhoods in order to help with poverty issues.
Problem is it brings too many blacks and browns to the neighborhood and that is not okay.
That being said I would argue almost nobody, let alone a trump supporter knows what the AFFH is. I had to look it up.
