Disclaimer: I have not read much (anything at all) about the Russia/Afghan bounty thing. But they’re going to say “we did receive this report, we did not consider it credible, we don’t brief the president on every single piece of intelligence we ever receive no matter how credible”.
I mean, they can say whatever, but the report includes that international intelligence took it seriously.
