Yeah they talk about this every day on CNBC. Most analysts and “experts” and hedge fund managers think we’re fine on COVID, it’s all gravy from here, but 100% of them think Biden is bad news.

I took a certificate course in environmental law after I graduated college. The class was made up of a several people working in environmental fields and people who thought they wanted to be lawyers. The instructor asked us what we learned on the last day of the course and all of the potential lawyers said they learned that they didn’t want to be lawyers.

Love @ElieNYC (Elie Mystal). I think he pissed off some folks at MSNBC by being too smart and opinionated. Not every legal commentator needs to be an ex-prosecutor. Some are dull and lack fluid intelligence. (Toobin is also great.)

Trump’s appointed 200 judges out of like 870 lifetime appointees. Probably half of those are more or less ok, as they come from blue states or variance and what not. She’s certainly not the “least qualified”, there are some pretty sorry appointees, but she may be the “least fit”. I skimmed her opinion on the Flynn case and it was an embarrassment. Congress should add 3 judges to the DC Cir. under president biden.
