The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: retweets WHITE POWER, condemns Black Lives Matter, regrets criminal justice reform

Trump: We need to fix this asap! Crank up the racist asshole behavior!1!!

We still have 5 months. Unless Trump turns it around and becomes presidential (LOL) I don’t see the numbers getting better for him here on out.

I don’t think I’ll ever not be paranoid until the results come in after 2016. Honestly, that’s probably for the best if Dem voters feel that way.

My terror is that we’ll see a surprise that tanks Biden’s numbers harder than Trump’s. DJT doesn’t have to do well at all, just better than Biden.

I commend your initiative. Even better than rotating mods is just regular folk working on self-managememt. Go Anarchy!

His approval ratings have been this bad several times before.

I’m not gonna delve into the details behind this, but there would have to be fundamental errors for Trump to have a legit chance if these numbers are accurate.

edit: delved a little. This is registered voters. It’s somewhat closer among likely voters. One of the things Trump needs, at a minimum, is fewer people voting. Expect various efforts and messaging to be aimed at reducing turnout. Didn’t work in 2018, however.

Interesting choice to include FL, OH, and IA but not AZ?

I see they are still pretending Ohio is in play for some reason

He wasn’t dealing with a horrible economy, coronavirus, protesting Americans, and the coming housing crisis simultaneously.

i feel like we could win 4 elections in a row, each showing crushing poll numbers, and on the 5th, GOP would still be like “Polls can’t be trusted”

Biden at 49-50% seems freakishly consistent. Hard not to win if even 25% of the 6-7% undecided break for him.

Ohio is in play, but it’s irrelevant.

If Biden takes Ohio, he will have already taken PA/WI/MI. I don’t see any scenario where he wins Ohio and loses one of those other ones.

I love these polls, but 5 months in 2020 is like 3.74 years in the pre-2020 world. A lot can happen between now and election day.

Oh, and voter suppression will be off the charts of course.

Ya I feel you. It just irritates me that this whole song and dance happens every cycle and then we do the Benny Hill chase of through that state while lighting precious resources on fire there when it’s a foregone conclusion that the GOP is getting those EC votes

Definitely agree. There should be ~zero resources spent in Ohio this cycle. Florida too. They are never the tipping point and don’t even have a downballot senate race to fight for.

Go take the fight elsewhere. I’d legit rather see them shoot for Texas than Florida or Ohio.
