Regarding subpoenas, probably wrong but…
They have the receipts on the President regarding the call, nothing else needed.
If they move w/o issuing a subpoena to Pompeo etc. they will be accused of no due process, being unfair, etc.
Gonna be hard to make the, i am innocent argument , when you couldn’t be bothered to confront your accusers and make your case.
If no one comply’s , no worries , we don’t need the evidence, we already have it.
Give them an opportunity to comply, then impeach.
As soon as articles on president pass the house, reload and begin articles on Pompeo, one of which can be neglecting the subpoena.
