No wonder we’re getting all caps rage tweets asking why whistleblower rules were changed.
I’m all for LOLNYT, but I enjoy their podcast The Daily. Today’s episode has the host asking someone from the NYT to defend their decision to reveal any identifying information about the whistleblower, such as that they’re from the CIA.
Imagine when he finds out that one of his political appointees had to sign off on such a rule change. Not that any such change actually took place.
