Heās just mad because yet another counterparty in a negotiation has decided that fighting him is a better line than talking to him. Iāve said it before and Iāll say it againā¦ as a professional negotiator my very educated opinion is that DJT is a truly terrible negotiator who blows up every deal where he isnāt getting absolutely fucked. The prospect of fucking him with maximum force is the only reason anyone would bother negotiating with himā¦ which explains why most of the deals heās done in his career were him getting absolutely railed and losing a ton of his dads money.
With guys like him you take what youād normally charge/pay and double/half it because you know heās not going to hold up his end at ALL and youāre only going to recover what your lawyers can garnish basically. Thatās a lot of extra work, and only worth it if youāre getting a deal with so much profit that you canāt say no.
Occasionally someone who doesnāt know better negotiates with Trump in good faith and he inevitably fucks them over even when thatās not close to the right line scorpion and the frog styleā¦ which the competent people watch and think āI am never ever doing a remotely fair deal with that guyā.
