It is almost like this was Putin’s long term goals, along with sanction lifting but now that Trump has stepped in it Putin has had to speed up the time line and is likely pressuring Trump who is likely pressuring the Ukraine even more?
The fundamental lack of reading the room by the parties involved tell me extraordinary pressure is being applied in multiple places and likely flows Putin to Trump to Zelensky.
Putin is playing with a reality show host and comedic actor. Not exactly all in the same class.

Not to get to conspiracy based but I think many here have always questioned Lindsey’s hardcore pivot to be a full throated sycophant of Trump.

That guy’s one of my favorite authors. He’s probably actually able to be down the rabbit hole on this based on how in depth his research is on this kind of stuff.

Oh yeah, Lindsay is owned somehow. During the campaign he called Trump a “kook”, “crazy”, “unfit for office”, said the GOP was better off losing with Trump than trying to win with him, and said a choice between voting for Trump or Cruz was like a choice between “being shot or being poisoned”. Now he’s a total Trump ass kisser. I have a hard time believing this is political expediency, he had no problem being controversial during the campaign and in 2014 he beat his primary challenger by 40 points and then beat the Democrat by 15 points. Like sure, kiss the ring, but to transition to becoming a full-time ass kisser, it makes no sense.
This isn’t the first time this has been hinted at by people in the know. For example:
Earlier this week, MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle suggested during an interview with former Rep. David Jolly, a Trump critic, that Graham was being blackmailed. After Jolly said that Graham is the one who’s had the “change of heart” since Trump’s election, Ruhle fired back, before cutting to a commercial break: “Or it could be that Donald Trump or somebody knows something pretty extreme about Lindsey Graham.
And:
Jon Cooper, Chairman of The Democratic Coalition, tweeted that an unnamed Republican told him he doubts Graham is “kowtowing to Trump (and indirectly Putin) because he’s being blackmailed over his sexual orientation (an open secret) or even financial corruption. Rather, he thinks it probably involves some pretty serious sexual kink.”
IOW, this isn’t just “he’s gay”, it’s a lot heavier than that.
I mean it’s obviously a dead girl or live boy.
With fainting couch Lindsey, I’m guessing it’s one of these situations
