General Tsao thought it originated with Borodog, who appears to have originally used it in the form “MY PONY TOO SLOW” (all caps). The genesis lies somewhere in UBB-era 2+2.

There’s a Blue Lives flag in my neighborhood. I’m tempted to go rip it down at 3am. But the owner probably has some kind of camera on it I’m guessing.
