For the past four years I’ve been trying to understand how certain of my relatives have continued to support Trump and fully intend to vote for him again even after this four-year nightmare.
Reading the responses to the thread below, I feel like I finally understand. They just either don’t see what we see, or do but don’t care, and are convinced their reasons are fully valid.
I am beginning to fear we are going to experience a repeat of 2016.

Literally 40% of the country thinks that these last 4 years have been the greatest 4 years in the history of the country. We live in two entirely different realities and that isn’t likely to change no matter who wins on Nov. 3rd.
