The big difference is the amount of support, as opposed to difference.
For instance - WI was 46.8 - 40.4 for HRC whereas now it’s 49.5 to 44.0 for Biden. I’d much rather have the latter.

i’m sure it’s fake, but in theory his south lawn campaign super-spreader rally would be consistent with how nixon resignation occurred. he wants that lasting image of waving to a crowd of sycophants.
one thing though, if he resigned, does he automatically forfeit the nomination? that would be a sick loophole — resign, get pardoned, still get elected.

He does not automatically forfeit the nomination. It is way, way too late to replace him. Even if the resignation is legit, Pense stays on the ballot independently and could swear in on January 20th.
