Agree. The 25th is theater. It’s only there for extreme situations, like if Trump had gotten hit so hard by COVID they’d had to put him in an extended coma. Otherwise the 25th is just a tool to point at Trump and say the guy is so stupid that he should be treated as an invalid.

I thought part of the vote tonight was to actually establish a council that was supposed to be part of 25th amendment but Congress never actually bothered forming it.
I know I shouldn’t get my hopes up, Trump being convicted in the senate for insurrection has me feeling pretty damn good. Do we have odds anywhere for some of the other bastards getting 14th’d this year?
