A civil war between what sides? The military is not going to split into factions. If there’s any uncertainty about who the president is, they’re going to sit it out rather than play kingmaker. Now that the election has been certified, I agree with your take, and I think the military will do what Biden tells them to do come 1/20. But asking them to overrule Congress about who the president in is a really big step. Maybe they would take it, but it’s not close to 100% certainty.
