It’s not the governors that vote. We have to figure out how many states have a majority of Dem reps.
And I’m saying it would be no election at all. Trump would not leave office if 25 states boycotted the election because Trump said no election and was using a real live law to authorize it. The SCOTUS would have his back. And they may well be right to do it because there’s that law. And the Democratic states might just follow that law that lets Trump decide an election would be bad for people getting coronavirus.

Pence would be less incompetent in situations like these. He’d probably do more damage on the down low unlike Trump who’s pretty in-your-face about his exploitation.
