Just pack the courts first, then have the dem president do it under emergency powers act and have the new packed court approve it.

Good luck getting anyone to take those states. The next political entity they are going to be a part of is the country the rest of us âreleaseâ in a few years. To be clear they arenât going to get much say in it.
