The basic mechanism by which Sociopaths transfer blame to the Clueless, while reducing the overall severity of the penalty, is an application of Hanlonâs Razor: never attribute to malice what can be adequately explained by stupidity.
When ends are defensible, but means are not, Sociopaths feign incompetence, and you get the first kind of Hanlon Dodge.

Because itâs inaccurate. He didnât tell citizens to inject disinfectant. He said he thought it would be something interesting for doctors to test.
Regardless, it doesnât diminish the stupidity of it or the danger that Trump presents to the public.

My last advisor in grad school did optics research. He had a number of students doing work on cancer treatment with light. They were experimenting with brain tissue several years ago. Itâs not a new idea. Sure as hell isnât evidence Trump is anything but a fucking moron.
