Mr. Trump became enraged watching the coverage of his 10-minute Oval Office address in March that was rife with inaccuracies and had little in terms of action for him to announce. He complained to aides that there were few people on television willing to defend him.
A person with the faintest shred of self-awareness wouldāve asked whether this was because what he was doing was universally wrong, and changed course.
I would say he has the EQ of a toddler, but that would be an insult to most toddlers.
Iām trying to think of the next thing that Trump will hype as a possible cure/treatment, but Iām not creative or loony enough to come up with something.
Actually, probably some copper coil pendant or the like.
We havenāt tried prayer yet, that would be the chefās kissā¦
Itāll be essential oils, and then weāll find out heās āself-employedā as an essential oil āteam memberā.
Amazing.

āThe Post Office is a joke," Trump told reporters. "The Post Office should raise the price [of package delivery] four times.ā
ā¦
āIf they donāt raise the price, Iām not signing anything,ā he said.
the people love paying 4x more for shipping things. thank you, trump! what a perfect time to do this
Tin foil will save us all probably.
This is a really high level negotiator showing just how effective they can be at anchoring. Trump, a genius, sets the line for a price increase at a totally ridiculous 4x so that when USPS decides he might have a good idea they can feel like they talked him down to a modest 2x increase.
5D chess, everybody.

Also, itās nice to see that airport scammer from the old site now writes for the New Yorker. Good on him!
This made me laugh out loudā¦ because using ridiculous anchoring levels is something I generally get quasi offended about.
I post load at reasonable price X. Truck calls in and offers at X*250%. I get highly annoyed because he/she is treating me like some rube customer at a car lot who negotiates roughly once every 5 years instead of a professional who does this all day every day. I tell them the price is firm and refuse to give up a penny on principle. If they get pushy (and they usually do because people like this only have a few basic moves) I generally lower the price once for giggles and then disconnect the call when they start raging.
This exact sequence of events happens a few times a week. Itās a sign of a hugely overconfident amateur negotiator suffering from a bad case of Dunning Kreuger.
The proās call in and hit me at some high but still plausible number and then I usually bump the expected 50-100 dollars above the post and the deal gets done.
I would definitely handle these guys differently if I didnāt know from long experience that this sort of behavior is a HUGE tell for someone who is a raging dick I want nothing whatsoever to do with. If Iām going to do business with them Iām going to get the load done under the target rate because itās absolutely going to turn into a pain in the ass at some point. If the freight is important or sensitive in some way (which would give them leverage and let them attempt to renegotiate I generally just cut them loose and refuse to even haggle).
The picture they use of Miller at the top of this article says everything you need to know.
This would make an excellent Twitter account. Nothing but Trump quotes.
Haha.
Seriously haha motherfucker
I think itās pretty psychotic and very typically American that the conversation about both nominees has moved to which one is āsoft on Chinaā. There are so many people in this country who will have a strong opinion on China but very little to say about anything about how we treat our people at home.
It really surprises me that people in this forum lapped up that problematic Biden ad. Looking forward to a giant military budget no matter who wins.
He wonāt let the Post Office failā¦heāll actively kill it.
