The Presidency of Donald J. Trump, Episode VII: We Are All Going To Die, Thanks Obama!

Question about Venezuela? WTF?

When he brought up this week’s stock market gains, I spilled peanuts all over my fucking desk. Now I’m eating desk peanuts because of this fucking guy.

I can’t wait for my kids to go back to school too early, catch coronavirus, maybe get really sick, maybe die, and give to me so I maybe get really sick and maybe die.

Markets tho. Think of the billionaires.

I’d argue that a DD bot is best here as it often immediately counters the things Trump says, does, and posts.

Anyway, people are taking pretty heavy offense to the Surgeon General’s use of words like abuela, pop-pop, granddaddy and Big Mama when addressing people of color and how they address their family members.

Thought it was sort of silly to use that as some way to identify with people of color. I mean did he really need to use that specific language to identify with people of color?

I am in favor of a DD bot in this thread regardless of his volume, but I think a dedicated thread is a fair compromise given not everyone comes into this thread for Dan’s tweets outside of his klan rally commentary.

If the schools open too early, you’re not sending your kids, right?

Not sure schools that closed for the year can just un-close that easily…

Ya I’m going to go out on a limb and say the fall won’t be that safe either

Probably not. We’ll have to see how things are handled. So far, our school district has done a good job. They are already closed the rest of the school year. Today, we got an e-mail saying that there will be no new school work given on Fridays - that day is to catch up and review progress.

I’m really curious where things will be come August.

By what measure? Per capita?

Yes
