Apart from anything this shows what a instinctively disgusting human being trump is. He has a conversation with a new leader in desperate need of his support against an aggressive Russia in which he presses him on investigations and, as soon as the call is over, turns to his officials and demands that the aid, vital to Ukraine, is stopped.

Or the eternal narcissist’s in floods of tears at the realisation that some people will never love him despite everything he’s done for his country.
It also shows that he does not understand the separation of powers in a democracy. He thinks the judiciary should work on behest of the president. Be it in the US (Sessions, Barr), Ukraine or Sweden (A$AP Rocky).
