I really think there is a decent number of people that do care about the economy. All those professionals who make 100k+ a year that wanted tax cuts and support Trump because their stocks are doing well. I think they’ll flip if shit gets bad.
Sure he won’t lose any of his dumb ignorant supporters. But I think they’re only 30-35% of the vote. I think another 10% or so is flexible and only cares about the economy.
Lucky for Trump, he gets to win the vote regardless of whether or not he wins the vote… if he’s smart enough to figure out how to do it, or has the people around him who are.
Hopefully they’re all the massive morons we think they are.

Nor is removal supposed to be a way to hold Presidents accountable; that is what elections are for.
Just because actions meet a standard of impeachment does not mean it is in the best interest of the country to remove a President from office.
