Yeah. He came to the US at age 3. He also speaks Ukranian and Russian but apparently not well enough to pass as a native speaker.
It’s like an imaginary world made out of equal parts Castlevania, Neoclassical architecture, McDonald’s, and hell. It is undoubtedly one of the greatest presidential photos ever taken and arguably a significant work of art.
