Oh, “disturbed”. Seriously, fucking kill yourself. It should be abundantly clear to you by now who the GOP are and what they represent. Either quit the party or shut the fuck up. Just infuriating, don’t try to pretend you are somehow better due to expression of “disturbance”. It’s worse, you know you should have a conscience yet you still don’t.
The worst thing is I know this will work on a percentage of voters.

That is a genuinely good article. Here’s hoping Chuck Todd loses his job because of it. Unlikely, but actually possible.
Honestly at this point I’d like to see advertising funded news made illegal. If you want news you can get it from NPR or pay a subscription fee for it. I also would like to see political talk shows not legally be allowed to take advertising dollars. Totally fine with that prohibition extending to both sides.
It turns out the drive to make an ad funded product ‘interesting’ so that it can compete with entertainment products is insanely dangerous to the public. These business models have to go.

Already donated to her challenger. I expect I’ll be giving 50%+ of my donations for 2020 to people challenging eDems. The party needs to actually serve its constituents not big donors, and paradoxically that can’t happen without money from people like me.

That will only result in even less people consuming any news.
That would be a positive result IMHO. Obviously I don’t mean print advertising btw.
This proposal is about stopping the propaganda from being self fueling.
I don’t think it works like that, a network of horrific propaganda online, quite possibly from abroad, will emerge that makes today’s look tame, unless you want to try some China-style restrictions.
